1. Booking Contract & Scope
All holiday itineraries, hotel vouchers, and transport bookings are executed in accordance with our Ministry of Tourism approval (MOT/IND/2024/9842) and IATO/TAAI guidelines.
2. Third-Party Suppliers
Airlines, hotels, fast boat ferries, and local adventure operators operate under independent commercial licenses. While Asvybe Tour & Travels handpicks and audits every supplier, liability for flight schedule changes or carrier delays rests with the respective carrier under international aviation laws.
3. Traveler Identification
Travelers must ensure valid original passports (minimum 6 months validity) and required visas are produced at airport check-in desks.
