Payment & Cancellation Policy

•Second Tranche (50%): Due 30 days prior to trip departure date (or upon visa issuance for international trips).

2. Cancellation Refund Timelines

30+ Days Prior to Departure:100% refund of booking deposit minus a non-refundable administrative processing fee of ₹2,500 per person.

15 to 29 Days Prior to Departure:50% of total package cost retained; 50% refunded to original bank account within 7 business days.
